Working in Your Community

Working in your community

We are working together to reduce crime and disorder in our city;

  • We undertake an audit of crime and disorder every 3 years to establish current trends in the city

  • Research into how the people of Leicester feel about crime in their community

  • Every 3 years we produce a strategy setting out what we will do to make the city safer. This is based on what we learn from the audit and consultation

Our Key Priorities

  • Reducing Overall Crime
  • Tackling Harmful Effects of Alcohol and Drugs

  • Reducing Re-Offending & Offender Management

  • Safeguarding

  • Neighbourhood Working
