Leicester Witness Cocoon offers a free, confidential support, advocacy and advice service to all members of the public who feel vulnerable or at risk as a result of crime and anti-social behaviour. This means that if someone is concerned about low level anti-social behaviour, or has witnessed a crime, they can come to us for support.

 

We understand that there are times when people do not wish or are fearful of making a formal report. We can talk this through, give objective advice and emotional support where required.

 

Each of our clients meets with 2 members of the team to talk through their problems and concerns, and the range of services available are discussed with the client at this point. Services include, but are not necessarily restricted to:

 

 

Our service is led by the needs of the client at that time, and we will work with and support each individual until they feel comfortable.
